lyrics
The mirror, the cards, the sword, the prince
The mirror, the cards, the sword, the prince
The mirror, the cards, the sword, the prince
The mirror, the cards, the sword, the prince
I can jump in the mirror, whenever I like
It's the great big pretender, hold it to the light
We all have one, some take control of you,
Some will delude you, some will amuse you
The mirror, the cards, the sword, the prince
The mirror, the cards, the sword, the prince
The mirror, the cards, the sword, the prince
The mirror, the cards, the sword, the prince
We all have cards, which ones do you show
Are they true to you, do they manipulate truth
We all have swords, some sharper than others
Some are drawn to defend, some are drawn to end
We all have cards, armour and weapons
queens and aces, unknown faces,
It's up to you to show the perfect ones
If we fall in the canyon, the right cards will pick us up

Dear Tracks have delivered a stunning dream pop single called ‘Wildflower’, taken from their debut EP (available from February 23 via Track & Field). Not to be confused with ‘The Deer Tracks’ band, this foursome began in the fall of 2014 as the solo bedroom project of Michigan’s Matt Messore. It’s a promising start for the band who are looking to hit the road in Spring / Summer. Matthew Nangle
This is absolutely beautiful! I am so happy the Under the Bridge releases led me down this road. It's unexpectedly spacious and just makes me happy! It's very hard to pick a favorite and I will not be skipping tracks as I play through this repeatedly. zq9mare1
